Led by Chef Takashi, La Terrasse serves French based cuisine with Japanese influence.
Chef Takashi ignited his passion for French cuisine during his career training at Michelin starred restaurants in France. He then started to apply his French cooking skills with Japanese influence while he was working in the Japanese Embassy in West Africa. He has been the Executive Chef at Cilantro Restaurant & Wine Bar for nearly two decades. Over the years, he has invented a selection of sumptuous French based cuisine with Japanese influence such as Cold Capellini with Sea Urchin and Botan Ebi and Wagyu “Rossini” with Périgueux.
Today, diners will also be able to taste the masterpieces from Chef Takashi at La Terrasse. As an innovative chef, he has never stopped in creating new experiences for his followers and other diners. With his 30 years of cooking experience, Chef Takashi will lead La Terrasse to a new height by delivering a brand new dining experience to its diners.
